Liverpool will reportedly not let Divock Origi join Borussia Dortmund on loan without an obligation to buy.

The Daily Telegraph say Dortmund remain in talks to sign Origi, but think Liverpool’s initial £27m valuation was too high.

Dortmund would apparently prefer to take Origi on loan, but with two years left on his deal, Liverpool want an agreement for the German club to buy him.
